Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Because every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for size/fit, color preference, or change of mind.

Please wait for our approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Items sent without prior approval (RMA) will not be accepted.
Replacements / Refunds
Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for defective/incorrect items. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
Exchanges
For size or color changes (non-defective items), please place a new order. We currently do not process direct exchanges on made-to-order products.
Final sale / Non-returnable
Gift cards and discounted “final sale” items are non-returnable.
EU customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order goods except where required by local law.
Shipping issues
If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier claim.
